Ruth Crebs
Ruth Crebs, 80, retired
Furr's Cafeteria employee, died Tuesday (Dec. 30, 2008). She was preceded in
death by her husband of 55 years, William H.; her parents, Jack and Lucy
Holmes; and her siblings, Delores Talbott, Kenzel Holmes and Keith Holmes.
Survivors include her son, William H. III (Julie) Crebs of Halstead; daughters,
Linda (Jim) Werries of Newton and Verna Ruth Cornejo of Wichita; sister, Susie
(Bill) Cully of Haysville; grandchildren, Darren Werries, Amy Douglas, Samuel Rose,
David Rose, Billy Crebs, Jeff Crebs and Marcus Crebs; and great-grandchildren,
Kylie Bruce, Dylan Werries and Sierra Werries.
Visitation will be from 1 to
5 p.m. Sunday at Old Mission Mortuary, 3424 E. 21st St. in Wichita, with family
present from 3 to 5 p.m.
Funeral service will be at 2
p.m. Monday at Westview Baptist Church in Wichita.
