Cava 'Jean' Tatro
Cava 'Jean' Tatro, 78, died Friday (Dec. 5, 2008) at
her home in Walton.
She was born Aug. 25, 1930, in Stone County, Ark.,
to Nolan and Artie Powell Martin.
She married Bill Tatro on Nov. 23, 1956, in
McPherson. He died on Feb. 20, 2002.
She was an owner-operator of several business
ventures.
Survivors include two sons, John R. Montgomery of
Wichita and James Montgomery of Walton; one daugher, Cavette Earlene Dake of
Newton; eight grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. today at
Moundridge Funeral Home in Moundridge.
Funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at
Moundridge Funeral Home Chapel.
Memorial donations may be given to the American
Cancer Society in care of the funeral home.
