Newton passed away Nov. 1, 2008, in Newton.
She was born in 1957 to
Sherri Dunn. She survives of Kansas City, Kan., area.
She worked in the cleaning
business.
She was a Native American
Indian and belonged to the Cherokee tribe of Little Feather Clan.
Survivors include her aunts,
Evelyn Islam of the Kansas City, Kan, area, and Frances Davis of Wichita; and
good friends, Gerry Adams, and his son, Bud Adams, Teressa Kennedy, Sean Ford,
Susan Kennedy, Josh Kennedy, Lannie Kennedy, all of Newton; sisters, Timothy,
Shellie and Loraine Dunn, all of the Kansas City, Kan.; and a daughter, Amanda.
Debra will be cremated, and
her final resting place will be White Chapel in Wichita.
