Alida 'Letha' Krehbiel
Alida 'Letha' Krehbiel, 91,
died Thursday (Sept. 18, 2008) at Kidron Bethel Village in North Newton. She
was born May 21, 1917, in Harvey County to Joseph J. and Elizabeth Goering
Schrag. She was a homemaker. She married Herman J. Krehbiel on Oct. 18, 1936,
in Moundridge. He died May 10, 2000. Survivors include two sons, Randy (Myrna)
Krehbiel and Dwight (Bonnie) Krehbiel, all of North Newton; one daughter, Twila
(Edwin) Wiens of Houston; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 3 to
5 p.m. Sunday at Moundridge Funeral Home in Moundridge.
Committal service will be at
9:30 a.m. Monday at Eden Mennonite Church Cemetery in Moundridge, followed by a
memorial service at 10:30 a.m. at the church.
Memorial donations may be
given to Mennonite Central Committee or Bethel College in care of the funeral
home.
