Paige Elaine Jaso
Paige Elaine Jaso, 44, passed
away Saturday (August 9, 2008) in Wichita.
She was born Sept. 21, 1963,
to Jack and Kathleen (Kershner) Lewis in El Dorado.
On April 7, 2001, she married
Joseph Jaso in Newton. He survives of the home.
Paige was a very loving and
organized person. She loved to travel, both abroad and in the United States.
She particularly enjoyed her
family; everyone had fun and liked the Halloween costumes she would make for
the children. Christmas was also a very special time. Paige enjoyed playing the
piano.
She obtained dual bachelor of
science degrees in forensics and in linguistics from Wichita State University.
She currently was obtaining her masters degree.
Survivors include her
husband, Joseph Jaso of Newton; children, Ian, Aurora, Brier, Kristiana,
Monika, Merissa, Micheala, Joseph Jr., Teresa and Aaron; and step-father, Larry
Wilson.
She was preceded in death by
her mother.
Book signing will be from 9
a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday at Broadway Colonial Funeral Home in Newton.
Services will be at 10 a.m.
Wednesday at St. Matthew's Episcopal Church in Newton. Father Eric Anderson
will preside.
Inurnment will follow at
Greenwood Cemetery in Newton.
Memorial donations may be
made to the Jaso Children's College Fund/First Bank of Newton in care of the
funeral home.
