Connie Jean
Huxman, 58, passed away Thursday (July 3, 2008) in Tulsa, Okla.
She was born
Dec. 28, 1949, in St. Francis, the daughter of Glenn and Mildred (Jones)
Glasco.
She married
Ronald L. Huxman on Aug. 23, 1970, in Bird City.
She was
engineer coordinator at Excel Industries in Hesston. She was a longtime area
resident and a member of Hesston Mennonite Brethren Church.
Survivors
include her husband, Ronald L. Huxman of Moundridge; her daughters, Tasha (Tim)
Cain of Lenexa and Tracy Huxman of Imperial, Calif.; a granddaughter, Sloan
Cain of Lenexa; her parents, Glenn and Mildred Glasco of Bird City; and a
brother, Lynn (Candy) Glasco of Bird City.
Visitation
with family present will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Moundridge Funeral Home
in Moundridge.
A memorial
service will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Hesston Mennonite Brethren Church.
Memorial
donations may be given to the Harvey County Homeless Shelter in care of the
funeral home.
