Scott
'Scooby' Lindeman, 35, passed away Sunday (July 6, 2008) in Missouri.
He was born
Oct. 28, 1972, in Newton, the son of Larry and Mary (Hiebert) Lindeman. They
survive of Goessel
He was a
sales representative for AT&T. He was a member of Alexanderwohl Mennonite
Church in Goessel and the Communication Workers Union.
He was
engaged to be married to Angela Della Croce. She survives of St. John.
Other
survivors include daughter, Payton Lindeman of St. Louis; son, Kyle Lindeman of
St. Louis; brother, Chad (and Kari) Lindeman and their children, Drew and
Dylan, all of Goessel; sister, Jonna (and Tom) Showalter and their child, Zach
Showalter, all of Goessel; grandparents, Paul and Martha Hiebert of Goessel and
Marilyn and Everett Thayer of Maize; many aunts, uncles and cousins; and many,
many friends.
He was
preceded in death by grandparents, Sara Hiebert and Charles Lindeman.
Visitation
will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday at Miller Funeral Home in Goessel, with family
present from 6 to 8 p.m.
Funeral
service will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Alexanderwohl Mennonite Church, with
Pastor Lee Suderman and Pastor Mike Hiebert officiating.
A private
burial will be in Alexanderwohl Mennonite Cemetery.
Memorial
contributions may be made to the Scott Lindeman Children's Trust Fund in care
of the funeral home.
