Debra J. Rossiter
Debra J. Rossiter, 43, 1117 N. Plum, died today (March 30, 1994) at her home.
She was born in Los Angeles on Feb. 24, 1951, to Sanford Soldow and Frances Soldow. Her mother survives of Reston, Va. She married Curtis E. Rossiter in Las Vegas in October 1976. He survives of the home. She came to Newton two years ago from Los Angeles and was a homemaker and a member of Hall's Chapel A.M.E. in Newton.
Other survivors include two sons, Eugene and Paris, both of Newton; one daughter, Rachael Rossiter of Newton; five step-sons, Curtis Jr. of Wichita, Joseph Hopefield of Los Angeles, and Kean, Guy and Patrick, all of Los Angeles; and one brother, Gary Soldow of Reston, Va.
The funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Petersen Funeral Home Chapel. There will be private burial services at Greenwood Cemetery in Newton.
