Hunter Kaleb Miller
Hunter Kaleb Miller, 15, of
Peabody, passed away Thursday (May 8, 2008) at Wesley Medical Center in
Wichita.
He was born Sept. 23, 1992,
in Great Bend to Ron M. and Holly K. (Thomas) Miller. They survive of Peabody.
Hunter was a freshman student
at Newton High School, where he played on the football team. He was a member of
St. Mary Catholic Church in Newton and a graduate of St. Mary School.
Hunter looked forward to
spending time with his many friends and loving family.
Other survivors include brother,
Hayden Miller of Peabody; sisters, Hannah Miller and Hadlie Miller, both of
Peabody; paternal grandparents, Don and Rhonda Miller of Jay, Okla.; maternal
grandparents, Grant and Carolyn Thomas of Edmond, Okla.; and paternal
grandmother, Kay Jenkins of Broken Arrow, Okla.
He was preceded in death by
his maternal grandmother, Scottie Thomas.
Visitation will be from 1 to
5 p.m. Monday at Petersen Funeral Home in Newton.
Recitation of the Holy Rosary
will be at 6:30 p.m. Monday at St. Mary Catholic Church.
Funeral service will be at 11
a.m. Tuesday at the church, with the Rev. Jim Mainzer of the church
officiating.
Burial will be at St. Mary
Catholic Cemetery in Newton.
Memorial contributions may be
made to the Suicide Prevention Resource Center or St. Mary's School Building
Fund in care of the funeral home.
