Mary Ann Padgett
Mary Ann (Tinall) Padgett,
79, passed away Tuesday (May 27, 2008) at Newton Medical Center.
She was born March 29, 1929,
in Flagstaff, Ariz., the daughter of Peter Bowman and Bertha May (McBride)
Tinall. They preceded her in death.
She married William Duvall
Padgett on July 17, 1949. He preceded her in death.
She was a homemaker.
Survivors include niece and
nephew, John and Cora Bloomer of Peabody; great-nieces and nephews, Carnella
and Bob Anderson of Wichita, JoLonna and Erik Barnes of Peabody, and Faunetta
Bloomer and Vici Murphy of Hillsboro; great-great nieces and nephews, Heath and
Jake Andres and Kyle, Matt and Ryan Anderson, all of Wichita, and Paige and
Rayna Barnes of Peabody; and cousin, Margie Seymour of Peabody.
Visitation will be from 5 to
8 p.m. Thursday at Baker Funeral Home in Peabody.
Funeral service will be at 10
a.m. Friday at Peabody Christian Church, with Pastor Jim Pohlman officiating.
Interment will be at Prairie
Lawn Cemetery in Peabody.
