Edgar Epp
Obituary
Edgar K. Epp, 86, passed away June 5,
2018, in Lakewood, Colorado. He was born Nov. 8, 1931, in Newton, the
son of Jake and Martha Epp. He graduated from Newton High School and
attended Bethel College in North Newton.
In 1951, he joined the Navy and
following his military service attended Pittsburg State University,
and graduated from the University of Oklahoma with his engineering
degree. He worked for the Bureau of Reclamation in Denver for 30
years before his retirement.
Ed is survived by his wife of 64 years,
Berene Linscheid Epp of Lakewood, Colorado; a son, Charles Epp
(Janice) of Mission; and a daughter, Karen Sonnier of Arvada,
Colorado. There are three grandchildren: Matt Sonnier of Thornton,
Colorado, Kelly Sonnier of Golden, Colorado, and Amy Epp of Topeka.
