WHITEWATER - Ray R. Russell,
79, passed away Saturday (March 22, 2008) at Newton Medical Center.
Survivors include wife, Helen
Russell of Whitewater; son, Stuart Russell of Blackwell, Okla.; daughters,
Brenda (Jody) Dalton and Dawn John, both of Newton, and Tamara Kay Brainerd of
Lexington, Neb.; and eight grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 10
a.m. to noon today at Lamb Funeral Home in Whitewater.
Graveside service will be at
2 p.m. today at McGill Cemetery in rural Potwin, with Pastor Steve Bowman
officiating.
Memorial contributions may be
made to the American Legion or the Veterans of Foreign Wars.
