Alyssa
Kristine Linn
MCPHERSON -
Alyssa Kristine Linn, 23, of McPherson, formerly of Newton, passed away Feb. 5,
2008, in McPherson.
She was born
June 24, 1984, in Newton, the daughter of Craig and Pam (Tuttle) Linn of
McPherson. They survive of McPherson.
Alyssa
attended Newton Bible Christian School from kindergarten through fifth grade.
She graduated from Moundridge High School in 2003 where she played volleyball
and was on the dance team.
She worked
as a caregiver at Disability Supports in McPherson for three years. She was a
member of the YMCA and New Hope Evangelical Church, both in McPherson. She had
recently attended Kingdom Life Church in Hesston.
Other
survivors include brother, Cameron Linn of Galva; sister, Sheena Linn of McPherson;
paternal grandfather and step-grandmother, Gene and Susan Linn of Fort Gibson,
Okla.; paternal grandmother, Marie Linn of Newton; maternal grandmother, Sandra
Tuttle of Marion; maternal step-grandmother, Josie Tuttle of San Antonio; and
niece, Adelyn Batson of McPherson.
She was
preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, John Tuttle.
A memorial
service was held Feb. 11 at Countryside Covenant Church in McPherson. Burial
was at McPherson Cemetery.
