Lewis J. Hiebert
WICHITA - Lewis J. Hiebert,
81, passed away Thursday (Jan. 10, 2008) at Manor Care Nursing Home in Wichita.
He was born March 11, 1926,
in Hillsboro to John and Elizabeth (Goossen) Hiebert.
He married Margaret June
Beseda on Sept. 21, 1946, in Portland, Ore. She preceded him in death.
He was retired after working
many years at Hesston Corp. (AGCO) in Hesston. He lived in Hesston from 1966 to
2004. He moved to Wichita in 2004 and worked at Central Christian Church in
Wichita, where he was a member.
Survivors include daughter,
Diane Bruenger and husband, Butch; brother Charles Hiebert and wife, Joann; two
grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a
son, John Hiebert.
A memorial service will be at
3 p.m. Wednesday at Central Christian Church.
A private burial service is
planned.
