Walter R Buller

Walter R. Buller, 69, 924 S. Ash, a retired farmer and oil producer, died Sunday (April 21, 1991) at Newton Medical Center.

Services will be at 1 :30 P. M. Tuesday at Petersen's Funeral Home Chapel, with the Rev. Waldo Miller officiating. Burial will be at 3 p. m. at North Inman Cemetery.

He was born Sept 29, 1921, in Inman, the son of John H. and Katie (Regehr) Buller. On April 3, 1942, he married Ruth Wiederstein in Inman. She survives. He had lived in Newton for four years and was a former Hesston and Inman resident.

Other survivors include three sons, Richard of El Paso, Texas, Roger of Hesston and Russell of Newton; four daughters, Nancy Brunk of Inman, Delores Boehm of Littleton, Colo., Patrice Hill of Washington, D.C. and Marilee Magerkurth of Overland Park; three brothers, Ed of Clyde, George of Inman and Elvin of Wichita; and 12 grandchildren.

Friends may call until 9 p. m. today and until service time Tuesday at Petersen's Funeral Home. Memorials are suggested to Harvey County Hospice.
