Edward A. Huntington
SEDGWICK—Edward A. Huntington, 76,
died, Saturday, Aug. 25, 2018 at Diversicare of Sedgwick.
He was born, May 5, 1942 at Moline,
Kansas to Don and Faye (Downs) Huntington.
He was a resident of the Bentley area
for over 30 years.
He worked as a technical writer for
Raytheon and his hobbies included training horses and mules. He also
loved to coon hunt and breed Walker Coon Hounds.
On Dec. 16, 2016 he married Nancy S.
Moss at Sedgwick. She survives of the home.
Other survivors include sons Mark
(Kathleen) Finney, Cabot, Arkansas; Justin (Tina) Huntington,
Andover; daughter Tamara Smallwood, Bartlesville, Oklahoma; brother
Bob (Helen) Huntington, Tulsa, Oklahoma; five grandchildren and four
great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by sisters
Donna Rae Kill, Nadine Denton and Betty Jordan.
Graveside services were held Thursday,
Aug. 30, 2018 at Halstead Cemetery with Chaplain Larry McCrary
officiating.
Memorials may be given to the
Parkinson’s Foundation in care of Kaufman Funeral Home, Halstead.
