Debra E. Jackson
Debra E. Jackson, 38, passed
away Wednesday (Oct. 24, 2007) in Salinda, Colo. She was born Dec. 18, 1968, in
Athens, Texas, to Gene and Francis (Goodman) Price. On May 26, 1990, she
married Doug Jackson in Newton. He survives at home in Newton. She attended
Grace Community Church in Newton. She attended Newton Bible Christian School
and Hesston public school, where she graduated in 1987. She and her husband
worked with the Union Reuse Mission at the Haven of Hope in Wichita for a number
of years. She had a great interest in helping people in need. The love of her
life was her husband and children. She also loved her pet dogs. The walkway to
their home was always lined with flowers that brought joy to their home. She
greatly looked forward to spending time with her many friends and loving
family.
Other survivors include her
parents; and daughters, Alexandrea, Katerina and Abigail Jackson of Newton.
She was preceded in death by
a brother, David Price; maternal grandmother, Mattie Mae Goodman; and paternal
grandmother, Pearl Price.
Visitation will be from 1 to
9 p.m. Monday at Petersen Funeral Home in Newton with family present from 6:30
to 8 p.m.
Funeral service will be at 10
a.m. Tuesday at Grace Community Church in Newton with Pastor David E. Reimer
officiating.
Burial will be in Greenwood
Cemetery.

Caring Hands Humane Society in care of the funeral home.
