Jeffery Janzen
BOISE, Idaho - Jeffery
Janzen, 42, passed away Sunday (Aug. 19, 2007) at his residence in Boise. He
was born June 25, 1965, in Newton to Robert Wayne and Judith (Regier) Janzen.
He graduated from Remington
High School, attended Bethel College for two years and graduated from Kansas
State University with a degree in electrical engineering. After graduation, he
was employed by Texas Instruments from 1988 to 1999. He moved to Boise in 1999,
where he worked with MICRON Technologies in the memory chip division. Janzen
was a senior engineer.
He was a member of Grace Hill
Mennonite Church. He enjoyed wood working, yard work and had a special love for
animals.
Survivors include his mother
and a brother, Michael and Jodi Janzen of Potwin. He was preceded in death by
his father.
Visitation will be from 1 to
9 p.m. Thursday at Petersen Funeral Home in Newton, with family present from
6:30 to 8 p.m.
The funeral service will be
at 10 a.m. Friday at Grace Hill Mennonite Church with James Voth officiating.
Burial will be in the Grace Hill Cemetery.
