Louella Mae Burkhart
Obituary
Louella Mae Burkhart, 87, of
Bargersville, Indiana, passed away on Oct. 23, 2018. She was born to
Abraham and Minnie (Franz) Pankratz on March 18, 1931, in Durham.
Louella loved to go camping and
vacationing in Colorado in her younger years. She enjoyed spending
time with her family. Louella spent her life being a homemaker.
Louella is survived by her three
children, Cary (Darlene) Burkhart, Lynn (Ruth) Burkhart and Cynthia
(Richard) Dunaway; her sister, Althea Zimmerman; six grandchildren:
Stephen Burkhart, Laura Burkhart, Tanya Leithoff, Melissa Leithoff,
Jeffrey Burkhart and Aaron Burkhart; and five great-grandchildren:
Victoria Burkhart, Rebecca Burkhart, Amber Burkhart, Esther Burkhart
and Grace Burkhart.
Louella was preceded in death by her
husband, Allen J. Burkhart; her parents, Minnie and Abraham Pankratz;
her brother, Paul Pankratz; her sisters: Ellen Unruh, Dorothy Seibel,
Marine Buller and Ruth Pankratz; and her grandson, Marc Burkhart.
A memorial service will be held at 11
a.m. Saturday (Nov. 17, 2018) at the First Church of the Nazarene,
1000 N. Main St., Newton, KS 67114.
