Obituary
Lois L. Salvio, 98, died Tuesday (Jan.
8, 2019) at Asbury Park in Newton. She was born Nov. 4, 1920, in
Cushing, Oklahoma, to James T. and Elise E (Parker) Moore. On Feb.
29, 1976, she married John J. Salvio in Reno, Nevada, and he preceded
her in death on Aug. 15, 1987.
She was a member of the First United
Methodist Church in Newton.
Lois is survived by nieces, Debby
Stoddard and Denise Hayes, both of Newton.
Funeral service will be 10 a.m.
Saturday (Jan. 12, 2019) at Petersen Funeral Home Chapel, with
Chaplain John Hull presiding. Family will receive friends prior to
the service. Burial will be in the Whitewater Cemetery, Whitewater.
