Tina Unruh
Obituary
Tina R. Unruh, 83, died Feb. 10, 2019,
at Bethesda Home, Goessel. She was born Nov. 7, 1935, in Goessel, to
David D. and Justina (Janzen) Unruh. She was a member of First
Mennonite Church, Hillsboro. Tina was a Hillsboro and Goessel
resident, and she attended Heimbaugh School in Goessel. During Tina's
adult years, she was associated with Northview Developmental Services
and, later, ResCare in Newton.
Tina is survived by brothers, John
Unruh (Eileen) of Hillsboro and LeRoy Unruh (Elaine) of Eagan,
Minnesota; and a sister, Norma Schrock (Levi) of Elkhart, Indiana.
She was preceded in death by her
parents; sisters, Elvena Brandt, Goldie Funk and Adella Gabel; and a
brother, Tony Unruh.
Memorial service will be 2 p.m. Friday
(March 1, 2019) at Bethesda Home, Goessel. The family will meet with
friends at The Goessel Civic Center, 101 S. Cedar, following the
service. A private family burial was held at Tabor Mennonite
Cemetery.
