Salomon Gutierrez

Salomon Gutierrez, 38, died Thursday (April 6, 2006) in rural Newton. Local survivors include: his parents, Maria Luisa Jalapa and Salomon Gutierrez, both of Newton; a brother, Samuel Gutierrez of Newton; and sisters, Veronica Gutierrez and Araceli Gutierrez, both of Newton. Funeral service will be 10 a.m. Wednesday at Broadway Colonial Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Floyd McKinney officiating. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery. Memorials are with Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in care of the funeral home.
