Phipps, 55, died Friday (May 5, 2006) at his home in Whitewater.
Survivors include: wife Nancy
of Whitewater; a son, Kenny of Elbing; a daughter, Jolynn Kenney of Renton,
Wash.; mother, Elda Wenzel of Bella Vista, Ark.; sisters, Lois Howell of
Wichita and Sue Phipps of Charlotte, N.C.; and a grandchild.
Family will greet friends
from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Lamb Funeral Home in Whitewater.
Service will be 2 p.m.
Thursday at Fairmount UCC in Wichita.
Burial will be in Whitewater
Cemetery.
Memorials are with the Donna
Sweet Emergency Fund and White Memorial Camp, both in care of the funeral home.
