John Bradley 'Brad' Winsor
John Bradley "Brad"
Winsor, 58, died Thursday (June 1, 2006) at his residence in Newton. He was
born May 26, 1948, to John G. and Marian Olive (Sauerwein) Winsor in Newton.
They preceded him in death. Brad worked various jobs during his working career
including sales. He served his country in the U.S. Navy. Brad enjoyed yard
work, gardening and photography. He had a special fondness for animals and
especially enjoyed his cat. He also enjoyed his beloved state of Hawaii where
he resided for several years.
Survivors include: a brother,
Gary Winsor of Olathe; a nephew, Mark Winsor of Olathe; and a niece, Amanda
Winsor of Olathe.
Services will be announced at
a later date. Burial will be in Highland Cemetery in rural Newton.
Memorials have been
established with Caring Hands Humane Society in care of Petersen Funeral Home.
