Marie Malinda Andres
Marie Malinda Andres, 83,
died Saturday (Aug. 5, 2006) at Newton Medical Center.
She was born Nov. 25, 1922,
in Ringwood, Okla., to John and Eva (Buller) Thomas. They precede her in death.
She married Irvin R. Andrews
June 11, 1961, in Ringwood, Okla. He died Sept. 13, 2002.
Survivors include a son,
Steve D. Andres and wife Marci of Elbing; a daughter, Janice (Andres) Harvey
and husband Jeff of Potwin; a brother, Alvin H. Thomas of Miami, Okla.; two
sisters, Louise Finke of Friendswood, Texas, and Helen Unruh of Enid, Okla.;
and four grandchildren, Cody and Justin Andrews and Whitney and Brandon Harvey.
She also was preceded in
death by a brother, Emil Thomas.
Visitation will be from 9
a.m. to 9 p.m. Tuesday at Broadway Colonial Funeral. Family will greet friends
from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Tuesday.
Funeral service will be 11
a.m. Wednesday at Koerner Heights Church of the Mennonite Bretheren with pastor
Dale Lewis officiating.
A memorial for Presbyterian
Manor has been established in care of the funeral home.
