Donna L. Dellenbaugh
Donna L. Dellenbaugh, 45,
died Monday, Aug. 14, 2006, at Newton Medical Center. She was born May 12,
1961, in San Bernadino, Calif., to Boyd L. and Lynn (Parker) Draper. She lived
in Needles, Calif., through high school before moving to Oklahoma City. She
moved to Newton in 1985. She worked for the Santa Fe Railroad from 1979 to
1986. She married Lane Dellenbaugh on Sept. 19, 1987, in Newton. He survives of
Newton. She was employed at Conklin Cars from 1991 to 1996, and for The Newton
Kansan from 1998 until she left in 2004 as the circulation manager.
Other survivors include a
son, Landon Dellenbaugh of Newton; father and stepmother, Boyd and Kate L.
Draper of Custer, Mont.; mother and stepfather, Lynn and Chuck (Parker) Kohl of
Neosho, Mo.; and a brother, Robert L. Draper of St. Louis, Mo.
Visitation will be from 6 to
8 p.m. Thursday at Broadway Colonial Funeral Home Chapel in Newton. Family will
greet friends at that time.
The memorial service will be
at 2 p.m. Friday at First United Presbyterian Church, with the Rev. James W.
Anderson officiating.
Memorials have been
established with the Landon Dellenbaugh College Fund, American Cancer Society
and Victory in the Valley, all in care of Broadway Colonial Funeral Home.
