Don Richmond
Don Richmond, 70, died Sunday
(Aug. 13, 2006) at his residence in Newton.
He was born Nov. 25, 1935, in
Rocky Comfort, Mo. He married Audrey May McClure on April 13, 1976, in Wichita.
She survives of the home.
He worked for various
factories as a laborer. He enjoyed his family and fishing and hunting.
Other survivors include:
sons, Brad, Jeff and Mike Richmond, all of Rochester, Minn.; daughters, Robin
and Larry Simmons of Wichita and Cindy and Jimmy Hanke of Newton; a sister, Norma
Jean Pruitt of Missouri; grandchildren, Alex, Clint, Michelle and Natalie
Simmons, Jessica Black and Jami Cruz and Rosie Richmond; and a
great-grandchild, Blaze Bradshaw.
He was preceded in death by:
his parents; three brothers; and a sister.
Funeral service will be 2
p.m. today at Petersen Funeral Home Chapel.
Memorials have been
established with Meals on Wheels in care of the funeral home.
