Kevin L. Neufeld, 47, died Monday (Nov. 20, 2006) at Wesley Medical Center in
Wichita.
Kevin Lee
Neufeld was born Aug. 10, 1959, in Newton to Eldon and Pat (Seeney) Neufeld.
Kevin was a
self-employed carpenter. He was a member of the Peabody Sons of the American
Legion and the National Rifle Association. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and
gardening. He also looked forward to spending time with his loving family and
friends.
He is
survived by his mother, Pat Neufeld, of Peabody and sister, Susan Corona, of
Peabody.
He was
preceded in death by his father, Eldon Neufeld.
Visitation
will be from 9 a.m. to noon today at Petersen Funeral Home in Newton.
Service will
be at 2 p.m. today at Prairie Lawn Cemetery in Peabody, with Pastor Jim Pohlman
of Peabody Christian Church presiding. Burial will follow.
A memorial
with the Peabody Sons of the American Legion has been established in care of
the funeral home.
