Nelson, 49, died Friday (Nov. 24, 2006) at home in Newton.
He was born
July 10, 1957, in Hutchinson.
He worked at
Tortilla King in Moundridge.
He was
preceded in death by his wife, Debbie; father, Claude Nelson Sr.; and a
step-grandson.
He is
survived by a step-daughter, Wanda Creek of Newton, a step-son, Joseph Denes;
seven step-grandchildren; mother, Lorraine Humphrey of Newton; brother, Claude
"Butch" Nelson of Canton; and sisters, Loretta Cooley of Newton and
Wanda Kipp of Hesston.
Memorial
services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Newton Presbyterian Manor.
