Luella F. Haines Aug. 26, 1921 - Aug. 4, 2018 Luella F. Haines, 96, of Huntington passed away at 3 a.m. on Saturday, Aug. 4, 2018, at Norwood's Nursing Center in Huntington. Luella worked as a machinist at H.K. Porter for 28 years, retiring in 1982. She was a member of the First Church of the Nazarene.Luella was born on Aug. 26, 1921, a daughter of Harvey F. and Lottie M. (Overholt) Zook.She was united in marriage to Robert L. Haines on Aug. 25, 1940, in Hestonn, [sic Hesston] Kansas. Her husband preceded her in death.Survivors include a son, Duwayne R. Haines of Huntington; three grandchildren, Kim Voght of Andrews, Richard Haines of Huntington and Cami (Matt) Owens of Huntington; three great-grandchildren, Rickena Haines of Wabash, Chet Owens of Wells County and Molly Haines of Huntington; four great-great-grandchildren, Ameerah Saunders, Asley Saunders, Raidyn Haines and Colten Owens; and one sister, Eloise Hoch of North Manchester.She was preceded in death by two sisters, Opal Reddick and Evelyn Schmidt; and one brother, Robert Zook.Visitation will be held on Friday, Aug. 10, 2018, from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Myers Funeral Home Huntington Chapel, located at 2901 Guilford St., Huntington, Indiana, 46750.Funeral services will be held on Saturday, Aug. 11, 2018, at 10 a.m. at the Myers Funeral Home Huntington Chapel.Interment will take place at Shock Cemetery.Memorial donations can be made out to "Missions at First Church of the Nazarene" in care of Myers Funeral Home 2901 Guilford St., Huntington, Indiana, 46750.To sign Mrs. Haines' on-line guest book, visit www.myersfuneralhomes.com, select the Huntington Chapel location and scroll down to obituaries.» Show All «Prev «1 ... 4139 4140 4141 4142 4143 4144 4145 4146 4147 ... 12677» Next» » Slide Show
