Harold W Winey
HAROLD W. WINEY, 75, of Florissant died
Feb. 22 at a local hospital. He had been a carpenter, building
contractor and lineman.
No visitation or services are
scheduled. Evergreen Funeral Home, at the intersection of Fountain
and Union boulevards, is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Winey was born Feb. 2, 1914, in
Newton, Kan., to John C. and Stella C. (Hawky) Winey. He moved to
Woodland Park in 1964 and was a former resident of El Dorado, Kan.
He was married Aug. 27, 1955, in El
Dorado, to Zella M. Scott, who survives.
Mr. Winey also is survived by a son,
Thomas Lee of Florissant; a daughter, Melba Joyce Higgins of Rogers,
Ark.; a stepson, John L. Scott Sr.; a stepdaughter, Sara Jo
Dusenbery; a brother, William of Wichita, Kan.; two sisters, Melba
Prewitt of Cassoday, Kan., and Lois Salmons of Oregon; and three
grandchildren.
