Obituary
MOUNDRIDGE — Ruth Zerger, 87, died on
Thursday (Feb. 23, 2012) at the Mercy Hospital.
She was born to Felix J. and Katie
Goering Krehbiel on July 19, 1924, in McPherson County.
She was a homemaker. She married Marvin
J. Zerger on Nov. 12, 1945, in Moundridge. He died Jan. 7, 1981.
She then married Harold G. Beck on Aug.
30, 1986, at Hesston. He died on June 5, 2005.
Survivors include sons, Scott (Dana)
Zerger, Edmond, Okla., Mick (Launa) Zerger of Hutchinson and Dan
(Carol) Zerger of Moundridge; daughter, Sue (Greg) Hagen Leawood;
stepsons Kennis Beck of Hesston and Len Beck of Wichita; 10
grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and one great-great
grandchild.
Committal service will be at 10 a.m.
Monday in the Eden Mennonite Church Cemetery followed by a memorial
service at 11 a.m. in the Eden Mennonite Church.
Visitation will be from 4 to 6 p.m.
Sunday at the Moundridge Funeral Home.

Mercy Hospital or Good Shepherd Hospice, both in care of the funeral
home.
