Robert Warner
Robert Norman Warner, 67, a native of Newton, died Sunday
(June 9, 2019) at his home in Elko, Nevada, surrounded by his loving family.
Bob was born on July 20, 1951, to Winfield and Eileen Warner
at Bethel Deaconess Hospital. He attended local schools and was a 1969 graduate
of Newton High School. He served in the United States Air Force (1970-74) in
the Vietnam Era.
He is survived by three sons, William, Wesley and Adam; two
daughters, Holly and Whitney; and several grandchildren. Other survivors
include his five brothers: Jim, Mike, Terry, Joe and Bill; and two sisters,
Peggy (Roger) Gillispie and Fran (Chris) Buller, both of Newton.
Bob was preceded in death by his parents; brother Pat; and
two sisters, Mary Poulin and Betty Ham.
Burns Funeral Home of Elko, Nevada, handled arrangements for
cremation. No formal service is planned at this time.
