Ruth Moberly, 90, Cherryvale,
KS, died Friday, Feb. 2, 2007 at Cherryvale Health Care Center.
She was born Oct. 17, 1916 in
Whitewater, KS, to Alexander and Amy Stratton-Golden. She graduated from Newton
High School.
On Oct. 18, 1935 she married
Woodrow Moberly in Ottawa, KS. He preceded her in death on Sept. 11, 2006.
She was a retired postmaster in
Liberty.
Survivors include two
daughters, Elizabeth Brunger, Chanute, KS, and Carolyn Brumeister, Holyrood,
KS; two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Funeral was 1:30 p.m. Monday
at Potts Chapel in Cherryvale. Interment followed at Harmony Grove Cemetery,
Labette County, KS.
