Lonnie Earl Northcraft
Lonnie Earl Northcraft, 54,
of Newton, died Thursday (Feb. 8, 2007) at Via Christi Regional Medical Center
- St. Francis Campus in Wichita.
He was born on Jan. 14, 1953,
in Topeka to Donald Earl and Helenor (Sauls) Northcraft. They preceded him in
death.
On March 18, 1989, he married
Dianna Hanna in Taos, N.M.
He attended Columbus Avenue
Church of Christ Newton. Lonnie greatly enjoyed spending time outdoors,
especially hunting and fishing at Cedar Bluff Reservoir and Marion Lake.
Survivors include his wife,
of Newton; son, Kyle Northcraft of Newton; and brother, Donnie and Jan
Northcraft of Topeka.
Visitation will be from 1 to
5 p.m. Sunday at Petersen Funeral Home in Newton, with family receiving friends
from 2 to 4 p.m.
The service will be at 11
a.m. Monday at Columbus Avenue Church of Christ with Pastor Buddy Aldridge of
the church officiating. There will be a private family burial.
Memorials may be made to the
Kyle Northcraft Education Fund or Columbus Avenue Church of Christ's food
pantry, in care of the funeral home.
