Lois P Buller
OVERLAND PARK — Lois P. Buller of
Overland Park lost her battle with cancer on Friday (June 24, 2011).
Lois was born on Aug. 20, 1931, in
Goodland, the daughter of Helen and Guy Caldwell. She spent her early
life in Newton. She was married to Robert Buller for 53 years.
She was a homemaker dedicated to taking
care of her family. Lois enjoyed her time with family and friends,
helping her daughter sell flowers at market, and watching Royals
baseball and Jayhawk basketball.
Lois will be remembered fondly as a
loving mother and grandmother. Her kind and generous nature will be
missed by all.
Lois is survived by children, Marcia
Bailey and Mark Buller (Brenda); sisters, Lavonne Prior and Darlene
Smokorowski (Peter); brothers, Gary Caldwell (Melva) and Darrell
Caldwell (Marty); grandchildren, Justin Bailey (Jamie) and Holly
Lawrence (Mark); and great-grandchildren, Maguire and Hudson
Lawrence.
She was preceded in death by her loving
husband, Robert Buller, and sister, Evelyn Umholtz.
A memorial service was at noon Monday
at D.W. Newcomer's Sons Johnson County Chapel, 11200 Metcalf Ave.,
Overland Park, KS 66210, with a gathering of friends and family one
hour before the service.
