Elmer T. Reffmer
COLDWATER -- Elmer T. Reffner, 68, of 260 E Garfield St., died Wednesday in Liberty, Mo. Reffner and his wife were on vacation when he was stricken and taken to a hospital in Liberty.
He was born in Newton, Kan., and came to Coldwater three years ago from Detroit. He retired in 1975 as a research analyst with the Federal-Mogul Corp. in Detroit.
Surviving are his wife, the former Abbey Stakley; a daughter, Mrs. Mike (Phyllis) Silardi of Detroit; seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; brothers, Cecil Reffner of McPherson, Kan., and W. A. Reffner of Newton, Kan., and a sister, Mrs. William (Edith) Cochran of Cheyenne, Wyo.
Services will be held at 11 a. m. Saturday at Baggerly-Dutcher Funeral Home.
