Obituary

Gerald Cain, 75, Wichita, Kansas, died November 21, 1995, at his home. He was a retired manager of Radium Petroleum Company, Wichita.

Mr. Cain was born September 5th, 1920, at Colwich, Kansas, the son of James L. and Minnie Pearl Woolman Cain.

He was a graduate of Maize High School. He served 3 years in the Army Air Force with 1 ½ years in the European Theater.

He lived in the Colwich, Bentley and Halstead areas before moving to Wichita.

He married Lorane Templeton on September 9, 1947 in Wichita.

Survivors include his wife of the home; two sons, Gary Cain, Baldwin City, KS and Donald Cain, Wichita, KS; one daughter, Linda Swart, Wichita, KS. Two sisters: Marjorie Sentel, Northglenn, Colorado, and Lois Watts, San Francisco, California. 10 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by three brothers: Robert Cain, Lewis Cain, and Milton Cain.

Services will be held Saturday, November 25th at Hillside Mortuary, West, 2929 W 13th Wichita, KS at 10:00am with the Rev Jeffrey Holt. Burial will be in the Maize Cemetery.
