Obituary

Lorane E Cain Sanders, was taken to her mansion in Heaven by our Lord Jesus on April 22, 2013, at the age of 82. She was a lifelong resident of Wichita, Kansas, and her passage occurred at the Sedgwick Healthcare Center in Sedgwick, KS. Lorane was born October 21, 1930, in Wichita, KS. to parents Elvin and Edith Templeton. She had a brother Clarence Templeton.

Lorane and Gerald Cain were married September 9, 1947 in Kechi, KS. Gerald passed away in November 21, 1995. In March 25, 1999, she married Joe Sanders. Joe passed October 31, 2002.

Lorane is survived by two sons and a daughter. Gary (Melinda) Cain, Linda (Pete) Swart and Don (Susan) Cain, 9 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren and one great-great granddaughter.

She is survived by sister-in-law Alice Templeton and a nephew and a niece. Lorane is preceded in death by husbands Gerald Cain and Joe Sanders, her brother Clarence Templeton, and granddaughter Tricia Petefish.

Visitation will be 6-8 pm Wednesday at Hillside Funeral Home West. Funeral Services will be 10:00 am Thursday, April 25, 2013 at Riverview Baptist Church, 833 W 53rd Street, Wichita, KS. In lieu of flowers memorials can be sent to Harden Hospice.
