Teresa M. Kuestersteffen
HESSTON -- Teresa M. Kuestersteffen, 58, died Monday (Jan. 8, 1996) at Schowalter Villa in Hesston.
She was born July 6, 1937, in Alva, Okla., to John Harrington and Minnie Rea Harrington. Her mother survives of Hesston. She married Fred Kuestersteffen on April 15, 1961, in Iola. He survives.
She was a Hesston area resident for 34 years. She was a bookkeeper for Hesston Food Market and Hesston Corp. She was member of St. Mary's Catholic Church and Altar Society, both of Newton.
Other survivors include two sons, Paul of Topeka and Tom of Phoenix; one daughter, Lisa Martin of Wichita; one brother, John Harrington of Manhattan; and five grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her father and one brother, Joe Dee Harrington.
A rosary will be at 7 p. m. Wednesday at Petersen's Funeral Home Chapel. The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at St. Mary's Catholic Church with the Rev. Ken Schuckman of the church officiating. Burial will be in St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery.
Friends may call until 9 p. m. today and from 9 a. m. to 9 p. m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be sent to St. Mary's Catholic church or Central Homecare and Hospice, both in care of the funeral home.
