Robert Chavez Molina
1939 - 2021
Robert Chavez Molina, 81, was born on
July 30, 1939, God called him into his kingdom on February 24, 2021.
He was the son of Mrs. Beatriz Molina
Chavez and Mr. Manuel Chavez Villalobos.
Robert's favorites were visiting his
family in Mexico, going to the ranch with his brother and nephews,
talking to his children, watching the ball game (baseball) and
fishing.
People will remember Robert as a
pleasant, smiling person, and by his family he is known as a loving
being who liked to share time and important moments with them.
He was friendly, but grumpy when you
didn't want him to know something and that's how he cared.
He was a person who had many friends.
Robert is survived by his sons, Samuel
(Yolanda Sandoval) Chavez and Ramon (Maricela) Perez; daughter, Irma
Chavez; brothers, Israel Chavez Molina, Manuel Chavez Molina, Fidel
Chavez Molina and Audon Chavez Molina; sisters, Delia Chavez Molina,
Antonia Chavez Molina, Rosalba Chavez de Ramirez and Beatriz Chavez
Molina; and many nieces and nephews who love and miss him.
He was proceeded in death by his
father, Manuel Chavez Villalobos; mother, Beatriz Chavez Molina; and
nephew, Manuel Ulises Chavez Carreon.
A visitation will be held on Tuesday,
March 2, 2021 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Petersen Funeral Home. The
rosary service and funeral mass will be Wednesday, March 3, 2021 at
10:30 a.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe, 421 South Ash, Newton, Kansas.
Burial will take place in Mexico at a later date to be determined.
