Jim A. Jackson
WHITEWATER -- Jim A. Jackson, 69, of Whitewater died Tuesday
(Sept. 6, 2005) at Newton Medical Center.
He was a retired flour miller.
Visitation will be from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Lamb
Funeral Home in Whitewater.
Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Friday at the Federated
Church in Whitewater. Burial will be in Green Valley Cemetery in Furley with
Masonic graveside services. Pastor Ken Tubbesing will officiate.
Memorial contributions may be made to Federated Church in
Whitewater.
He was born Nov. 13, 1935, in Furley to Russell Jackson and
Jessie Seely. He was a 1953 graduate of Whitewater High School. On Aug. 6,
1955, he married Barbara Osburn in Whitewater. She survives.
Other survivors include sons Russell Jackson of rural Valley
Center and Ray Jackson of Gretna, Neb.; and three grandchildren and
great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers and
one sister.
