Cornelia 'Nellie' Lehn

CLEARBROOK, British Columbia, Canada -- Cornelia "Nellie" Lehn, 84, died July 2, 2005, at the Eben-Ezer Care Home in Clearbrook, B.C. She was born Dec. 15, 1920, in Leonadawka, Ukraine. She served as director of children's ministries for the General Conference Mennonite Church, with offices in Newton, from the early 1960s to the mid-1980s. She was an editor for Sunday school curriculum, gave leadership for teacher training and authored children's books. A service of remembrance will be 7 p.m. Thursday in the Bethel College Mennonite Church Fellowship Hall.
