Daniel D. Rodgers
Daniel D. Rodgers, 23, died Friday (Sept. 16, 2005) in North
Newton. He was born Aug. 28, 1983, to Dwight C. and Kathryn E. (Weckerle)
Rodgers in Douglasville, Ga. He was a 2002 graduate of Bethany Christian High
School where he played tennis, baseball and was active in school plays. He was
a student at Bethel College in North Newton. He was a member of the Southside
Fellowship. Survivors include: parents, Dwight and Kathryn Rodgers of Elkhart;
a sister, Emily Rodgers of
Pittsburgh; and a grandmother, Beulah Rodgers of Largo, Fla.
Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Friday at Associated
Mennonite Biblical Seminary. Online condolences may be sent to HGIFH@aol.com.
Burial will be in Prairie Street Cemetery.
Memorials have been established with the Daniel Rodgers
Scholarship Fund at Bethel College in North Newton and the National
Schizophrenic Research at the National Institute of Mental Health, all in care
