Mary Nash

Mary Nash, 91, homemaker, died Saturday (Aug. 16, 2003) at Kansas Christian Home in Newton. She was born Aug. 2, 1912, to Duncan Roman and Lettishiea (Hartsfield) Braswell in Cairo, Ga. They preceded her in death. She married Morris Nash. He preceded her in death in 1982. She enjoyed music, singing, dancing and bingo. Survivors include: three daughters, Linda Miller Castillo of Kerrville, Texas, Juanita Grim of Wichita and Lucile Ramirez of Park City; a son, Westly John Hartsfield of Riverview, Fla.; 16 grandchildren; and 44 Great-grandchildren.

She also was preceded in death by a sister; Ollie Mae Braswell.

Graveside service was earlier today at Restlawn Gardens of Memory. Pastor Bridgett Lee and Chaplain Christine Edwards of Kansas Christian Home officiated.

Memorials have been established with the charity of the donor's choice in care of the funeral home.
