She was born August 24, 1928 at Rich
Hill, MO to Nathaniel and Anna (Esau) Schmidt
She grew up in Rich Hill and attended
high school in Butler, MO.
She was a Registered Nurse working in
California, Moundridge and Newton KS.
She was a pediatric and office nurse at
Bethel Clinic retiring in 1989.
She is survived by her brother: Harley
(Margaret) Schmidt, Sharon Springs, KS; sister: Elnora (Eldon) Unruh,
Naples, FL, and nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by a sister
Kathleen Schmidt.
Viewing will be from 2:00-8:00 p.m.
Thursday, July 1, 2021 at Kaufman Funeral Home, Halstead.
Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m.
Friday, July 2, 2021 at Grace Mennonite Church, Halstead.
Interment will follow at Halstead
Cemetery.
