Norman D. Becker
Halstead - Norman D. Becker, 81, died July 17, 2021 at NMC
Health, Newton, KS.
He was born November 11, 1939 at Halstead to Charlie and
Alvina (Unruh) Becker.
He was a resident of Halstead for 54 years, and retired from
Hesston Corp. in 1999 as a crew foreman.
On May 20, 1961 he married Shirley A. Koehn at Moundridge,
she survives of the home.
Other survivors include son: Terry (Becky) Becker, Halstead;
daughter: Laurie Becker, Halstead; brother: Marlo (Wilda) Becker, Halstead;
sisters: Erlene (Arlen) Koehn, Burrton; Bernice (Wayne) Becker, PA;
grandchildren: Blake (Kali) Becker, Liam Becker, and Lilyanna Becker all of Halstead.
He was preceded in death by granddaughter: Terralynn Becker
and sisters: Myrtle and Vera Koehn.
Viewing will be 2:00-8:00 pm Thursday, July 22, 2021 at
Kaufman Funeral Home, Halstead; the family will be present from 6:30-8:00 pm.
Funeral services will be held 10:00 am Friday, July 23, also
at Kaufman Funeral Home with Minister Dean Becker officiating.
Burial will follow at Halstead Cemetery.
