Gary Randall Kingsley
Born August 29, 1943 died August 30, 2021
Born in Spearman Texas to Richard and Evelyn Kingsley,
graduated from Spearman High School in 1961 and attended Lubbock Christian
College and York College where he met Leann (Hanke) and they were married on
February 6, 1964 in York Nebraska. They lived in York, where Gary worked at
Standard Brands and had their first child in 1965. Gary took a job with Hesston
Corp as a technical illustrator in 1965 and they moved to Newton Kansas. Gary
worked at Hesston Corp (now AGCO) and eventually became the supervisor of the
Graphic Design Department until he retired in February 2011. Gary eventually
graduated from Bethel College in 1983.
Gary loved playing golf (he had the nickname of Bear on the
Hesston Golf course), wheeling and dealing with his Hesston Belt Buckle
business, traveling to flea markets to sell his wares, he loved old cars,
especially early Ford Mustangs. In his later years he loved watching golf and
game shows on TV, and flipping channels. He spent lots of time with his church
family, his family and friends having game nights and meeting at Norms to just
hang with his pals.
Gary had a deep relationship with God. He was a faithful
member of the Columbus Avenue Church of Christ, having served as a deacon in
the past, leading singing, teaching Bible classes and holding up the Bass line

Gary loved his family. He is survived by his wife, Leann.
