Peggy H. Randall, 79, of El Dorado, passed away on Feb. 26,
2019, at El Dorado Care and Rehabilitation.
Her family will gather with friends on Friday from 5-7 p.m.
at the Carlson Colonial Funeral Home, where her service will be held at 10 a.m.
on Saturday, led by Pastor Stan Seymour. Internment in Sedgwick at a later
date.
Peggy was born on Sept. 28, 1939 in Wathena, Kan., the
daughter of Elmer and Pearl (Weigant) Christiansan. Peggy was a graduate of
Sedgwick High School. She worked for many years in the restaurant business in
El Dorado. Peggy was united in marriage to Pete Randall for the last 34 years.
She was the owner of the El Dorado Caf? on Pine St. and worked at the Country
Kitchen. Peggy also worked for Lakepoint Nursing Home where she was the
activity director until her retirement. She enjoyed reading her ?pocket? books
and when she was able going to garage sales.
Her loving family includes: her husband Pete Randall of El
Dorado; father, Elmer Christiansan of Sedgwick; son, David (companion Erika
Beaman) Pyle of El Dorado; daughter, Angela Wyman of Leveland, Texas; stepson,
Joe (Shelby) Randall of Tulsa, Okla.; stepdaughter, Diane (Manny) Valdez of El
Dorado; six grandchildren; several great grandchildren; sisters, LaDonna (Ted)
Barnes of Wichita and Shirley ( Jerry) Koerner of Newton; brother, Elmer
(Beverly) Christiansan, Jr of Colorado; several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her mother Pearl.
