Koehn Funeral Friday
Funeral services for Gerald Dean Koehn, 610 Clark St., who was accidentally killed Wednesday morning west of Emporia, will be at 2 p. m. Friday in the First Congregational Church. They will be conducted by the Rev. Stephen J. Williams, pastor of the church. Burial will be in Memorial Lawn Cemetery. Roberts-Blue-Barnett Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. 
Mr. Koehn, a senior student at Kansas State Teachers College, had lived in Emporia since 1961 and had been employed by Shottler Electric Company. He was graduated in 1957 from Newton High School and served in the Navy from July, 1957, to May, 1961. The son of Cornelius and Edna Dyck Koehn, Gerald Koehn was born April 14th, 1939, in Newton, and he was married to Rebecca Foster, July 14th, 1961, in Emporia. Mr. Koehn was a member of the Newton Bible Church and he was a student affiliate member of the American Chemical Society. 
He is survived by his wife and two daughters, Misty Jolene and Melissa Dene, of the home; his parents, of Newton, and two sisters, Joyce Koehn, Lakewood, Colo., and Kathleen Koehn, of Newton.
